At Holistia Design, we ensure your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Here are the details of our shipping policy:
Processing Time
- Each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping.
- During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. We will notify you of any delays.
- If you are trying to place a bulk order and are unable to do so on the website due to limited inventory, please email us at: holistiadesign@gmail.com
Shipping Rates and Delivery
- Domestic (U.S.): Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- International: Rates vary by destination, calculated at checkout. Delivery within 7-21 business days after processing.
Packaging
- Items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use recycled and eco-friendly materials whenever possible. Do not be surprised if the box your art has arrived in has been used before!
Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at holistiadesign@gmail.com and we will find a solution to the problem.
